1. Agreement
By creating an account you agree to these terms with [LEGAL ENTITY NAME]. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract.
2. The service
WeCoParent is a co-parenting coordination tool: shared calendar, messaging, expenses, documents, parenting plan, audit log and Kid Mode check-ins. We may add, change, or remove features over time.
3. Not legal advice
WeCoParent does not provide legal, medical, or therapeutic advice. Records exported from the app (including the audit log) are provided as-is; we make no guarantee that any court will accept them. Always consult your own attorney.
4. Your account and content
You are responsible for your account credentials and for the content you upload. You confirm you have the right to share any information about your children and your co-parent that you enter. You retain ownership of your content and grant us only the licence needed to host and display it to your family.
5. Acceptable use
No harassment, threats, illegal content, attempts to access other families’ data, scraping, or reverse engineering. Community Circles content is moderated; we may remove content and suspend accounts that break these rules.
6. Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed in advance through Stripe on a recurring basis until cancelled. Cancelling stops future renewals; access continues to the end of the paid period. Refunds: [REFUND POLICY]. Prices may change with [NUMBER] days’ notice. A paid plan applies to the whole family circle.
7. Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms or create risk for other users.
8. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided “as is” without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the [NUMBER] months before the claim. [CONFIRM WITH COUNSEL.]
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of [STATE/COUNTRY], and disputes will be resolved in the courts of [VENUE]. [ARBITRATION CLAUSE — DECIDE WITH COUNSEL.]
