Subscription terms — automatic renewal, cancellation & refunds
Automatic renewal: Paid plans (Basic, Plus and Premium) renew automatically every month at the stated rate until cancelled. By subscribing, you authorize WeCoParent (WE CO PARENT LLC) to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis. The Free plan is $0 and never renews or charges you.
Cancellation: You can cancel anytime, yourself — go to Billing (or the "Manage subscription" button on this page) to open the secure billing portal, or email hello@wecoparent.com and we'll cancel it for you.
When cancellation takes effect: Access continues through the end of your current paid billing period. Your plan ends at the close of that period, and you won't be charged again after it ends.
Refunds: Fees already paid are nonrefundable, except where required by law.

- Can I cancel anytime?
- Yes. Cancel through Billing before your next renewal date to stop future charges.
- What happens after I cancel?
- You will retain access to paid features through the end of the billing period you have already paid for. Your plan will not renew after that date unless you subscribe again. Your account stays on the Free plan.
- Do you offer refunds?
- Except where required by law, subscription fees are nonrefundable. We do not offer prorated refunds or credits for unused time or unused features.
- Does one plan cover both co-parents?
- Premium includes the family-shared subscription, covering both households under one plan. A paid subscription applies subject to the plan's stated features and user limits.
How does it work for two parents?
Both parents can use the Free plan together — the shared calendar and messaging are included at no cost. Basic and Plus cover the subscribing parent; Premium covers both households under a single plan. You can manage your subscription from Billing.
